Jolene Baker

Jolene Baker is the Director of Property Management at Coldwell Banker Lake Chelan Properties. Her property management career began in Wenatchee, where she managed over 1,000 units and developed a passion for helping the housing needs of her community. She remains a longstanding board member for the Women’s Resource Center, assisting with supportive and permanent housing for homeless families in the Wenatchee area. Since moving to Chelan in 2017, Jolene has immersed herself in the community and shares a deep understating of the area’s housing challenges with the passion to help make a difference.
Clint Campbell

Clint brings both a historic and employer’s perspective to the AH issue, having been a 4th generation owner/operator of Campbell’s Resort for the past 40 years. “It’s pretty fundamental that safe, decent, affordable housing is a basic requirement for our community’s social and economic welfare. I’m excited to be involved in this endeavor.”
Randy Atkins

Following careers in engineering and writing, Randy, and Nancy (wife & volunteer), bring a range of management and creative skills to local non-profits like CVHT. This allows us the opportunity to contribute to efforts essential to the community, like providing affordable housing. Randy has and continues to serve on the boards of local non-profits, including a founding member and Director of Finance for the annual Lake Chelan Wine & Jazz Festival.
Arlene Abbott

Arlene serves CVHT and the Valley with experience as a Organizational Development Manager for the State of Alaska and Chelan County PUD, Executive Director for Lake Chelan Health & Wellness Foundation, and 20 years in Polar Star Consulting, her business focused on adult learning, human resources, and leadership facilitation.
Tim Hollingsworth

Tim serves our Valley as a local Surveyor, Chelan City Council Member, and past President of CVHT. He brings with him 30 years of experience in land development as well as title and boundary issues and has supported the Valley since moving to their family home in 1991 where him and his wife Tracy have raised their 2 kids.
Charlie Guildner

President & CEO, North Cascades Bank. Charlie brings vast previous CLT and lending experience from his time in Bellingham, WA working an affordable lending solutions. As a lifelong Washington native, he brings with him a great passion for helping Chelan businesses and residents thrive.
Diane Leigh

Realtor, President of Lake Chelan Valley Habitat for Humanity. After 35 years in administration at the University of Washington, Diane moved to Chelan in 2005. Diane’s new career as a Realtor has driven home the need to ensure that people of all income levels have access to home ownership. In addition to her role with the CVLT, Diane serves as Vice President for the Lake Chelan Valley Habitat for Humanity.

Current: Treasurer of the Okanogan County Long Term Recovery Group Prev. Executive Director, Chelan Valley Hope. Sharon has supported our region in social service leadership for over a decade, and has previous experience working with housing issues and solutions along with groups such as the Community Housing Network.
Marguerite Palumbo Elspas

Maggie works with US Bank Community Development Corporation in the financing realm of lending and tax credit investment for construction / rehab of affordable housing through the construction process and into long term operations. Maggie has spent many years as an Asset Manager overseeing various multifamily affordable housing properties across the state. She is thrilled to see the great work in progress to create housing opportunities in our community and hopes to contribute to the effort.
Dr. Jay Waszkewitz

For nearly 35 years, Dr. Jay Waszkewitz has been a practicing physician in the Lake Chelan valley. His service to the community and knowledge of its people have made him uniquely qualified to help guide the CVHT Board. Dr. Waszkewitz is married to his wife Helen for 40 years and has three daughters all of whom graduated from Chelan High School. Besides enjoying his three grandchildren, Jay likes hiking / mountain climbing, competitive running, sailing and travel.
Steve Clark

Retiring from an executive position at The Boeing Company, Steve and his wife Anne have been active in the community since moving to Chelan in 2016. Steve is a former board member of the Historic Downtown Chelan Association, including two years as board president, and a former board member of 911 Glass Rescue. He is a founding member of the Lake Chelan Wine and Jazz Festival Organizing Committee, and an active member of the Lake Chelan Rotary Club. He also enjoys cycling in his free time, which there is not enough of. Steve holds degrees in Political Science and Business Management
Scott Meyers

Beginning in 2023 Scott Meyers has served The Chelan Valley Housing Trust as Executive Director. Meyers has an undergraduate degree from Pacific Lutheran University in business administration with a concentration in finance, and a graduate degree from the University of Washington in accounting. Meyers has held positions in accounting for DaVita (a division of Berkshire Hathaway), various land developers and builders, and was a Department of Defense Auditor for Deloitte and Touche. Most locals in the Chelan Valley would know Meyers more for his time as a founder and operator of Lake Chelan Cheese and as a football coach of ten years for Manson High School. Meyers has volunteered at Real life Church. Meyers is married to his beautiful wife Stacy and has two sons, Jackson and Archer. Meyers is known for his deep passion for environmental issues and is an advocate for global environmental sustainability.
Rachael Goldie

Rachael Started the Affordable Housing Initiative in 2018 with Tim Hollingsworth and Mike Cooney, which has evolved into a region wide conversation about housing and the incorporation of Chelan Valley Housing Trust. Rachael brings Human Rights and Policy background coupled with Housing Counseling and Administrative experience to work with folks to get them into homes they need.
