  • You are eligible for our program if the following apply to you:
    • You live or work in areas served by Chelan and Manson school districts
    • Your adjusted gross income is less than 120% Area Median Income (please ask if you are unsure!)

These homes sell fast and are first come first served based on application date and household size so make sure to apply as soon as you can.
